The calendar problems our customers solved

“…getting all my client calendars to block time on each other took a single sync; the tool I used before needed six separate configurations for the same thing.”
Dan O.Read on G2
“It syncs calendar events between my 5 calendars while blocking off time so each calendars own booking links accurately reflect my availability.”
Brandon MaskellRead on Trustpilot
“It perfectly links my work and personal calendars so I can finally stop bouncing back and forth between accounts just to see my day.”

Why choose SYNCDATE for client calendars?

Show a client Busy, label copied meetings in your own calendar, or choose copy text by event details. The table compares published options checked on 25 October 2026.

  • Show clients when you are booked

Set a client calendar to show Busy while your own keeps meeting details. Pro lets each calendar in one sync use its own rule.

  • Recognize client meetings in your own calendar

On Plus and Pro, use the source calendar or a guest's email domain in a rule. A copied title can start with [Acme], so you can see which client it belongs to.

  • Plan with future commitments in view

Copy events into the calendars you use to plan ahead. Plus includes a one-year forward range; Pro has no forward date limit. Eligible Free and Plus setups can add a longer range.

Questions before you start

Can I show Busy in one calendar and details in another?
Yes. Pro lets you choose different rules for calendars within one sync. Some arrangements can also use separate one-way syncs on Plus.
Which calendars can I connect?
SYNCDATE supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, iCloud, and other supported CalDAV calendars. Calendar feeds can copy events into your calendars in one direction.
How is calendar sync different from sharing a calendar?
Sharing gives another account access to an existing calendar. Sync copies events into a separate calendar, where you choose what each copy shows and whether it moves one way or both ways. Sharing can be enough when the other person or booking tool can use that calendar directly.
Can I connect a work calendar if my admin restricts apps?
Some organizations block third-party calendar apps or require approval. If your work account blocks SYNCDATE, ask your administrator to approve it. You still sign in and authorize your own calendar access.
Can SYNCDATE copy recurring events?
Yes. SYNCDATE copies a recurring series with its repeat rule, rather than creating separate events for every occurrence. A copied series can continue beyond your plan’s forward sync window.
Can someone help me set it up?
Guided Setup is included with monthly and annual Pro. Ask through support. We can arrange an online session when useful and give reasonable follow-up on your initial setup.
Can my company pay for several people?
Yes. Team gives each member Pro access and keeps seats and billing together. Explore Team to see how it works.
Does the individual trial need a card?
Yes. The Plus and Pro trials last 7 days and need a card. Cancel during the trial and pay nothing. Free needs no card.
Will I have to change my calendar app?
No. You can continue using your connected calendar apps. SYNCDATE copies events between the calendars you choose.
How fast does it sync?
Google and Outlook changes usually land in the other calendar in under a minute. iCloud and other CalDAV calendars are checked about every 15 minutes. iCal feeds refresh on a schedule.
What can rules do?
Plus rules can choose what a copy says based on the original event. For example, meetings with 10 or more guests can copy as Busy, while smaller meetings keep their title. Rules can also check event length, start time, weekday, or guest email domain. They change copied details; they do not skip events. Plus uses the same rule result for each destination in a sync. Pro can set a different rule for each destination.
