For teams

Every person on the team,
booked correctly everywhere they work.

Nobody keeps a second calendar updated by hand to stay correctly booked for clients and coworkers. SYNCDATE does it automatically, for everyone on the team.

Custom pricing · built for teams of 5+

Built for teams who live in other people's calendars.

Consultancies and agencies have the hard version of this problem: every person carries their own calendar plus one for each client they work inside. Keeping all of them showing the right availability, by hand, is a chore that never ends. SYNCDATE automatically projects each person's real schedule into every calendar they need to appear in, as Busy. Clients see when you're free, never what you're doing, and nobody maintains a second calendar by hand again.

One bill for the whole team

A sample roster — real teams start at five seats. Every seat gets full, top-tier sync, up to 20 accounts each, on one invoice that scales as people join or leave projects.

What your clients' IT teams need to know.

  • Access only to the calendars you connect: requested through Google and Microsoft's own consent screens, nothing more.
  • Busy across shared calendars: anything crossing into a calendar a person does not solely own arrives titled Busy unless they choose to share detail. A mirror between two calendars they own keeps real titles, and can be set to Busy.
  • Encrypted at rest: access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM); calendar data is hosted in the EU.
  • Revoke anytime: disconnect an account or remove a seat and syncing for that person stops immediately.

Pricing.

Team pricing depends on your team's size and how you work. Tell us how many people and we'll put together the right number: one bill, seats that scale with you, minimum five seats.

Common questions

Is there a minimum?
Yes. Team starts at five seats. Below that, individual Plus or Pro plans are usually the better fit.
Can the owner see members' calendars?
No. The owner administers billing and membership only, never the contents of anyone's calendars or how they sync.
What happens when someone leaves a project?
Deactivate their seat and their team access stops right away; reactivate when they're back. Billing follows the active seats.
What if a client's IT blocks the connection?
Some client tenants restrict third-party calendar access. It's worth testing one real client calendar early. If a connection is blocked, we'll help you find the best path — talk to us.
