Calendar solutions

Show clients when you are booked. Keep meeting details to yourself.

When you work with several clients, each client calendar needs to account for commitments elsewhere. SYNCDATE copies events between calendars you connect. Choose what each calendar sees.

Then $18.33/month, billed yearly. $219.99 charged annually after the 7-day trial. Card required. Cancel during the trial and pay nothing.

A client sees a free slot. Another calendar says you are busy.

You may check several calendars when you book a meeting. A client or colleague may check only one. If that calendar does not reflect your other commitments, it can show you as free when you are busy. Copy your availability into the calendars people actually check.

Keep client calendars working together

“…getting all my client calendars to block time on each other took a single sync; the tool I used before needed six separate configurations for the same thing.”
Dan O.Read on G2
“It syncs calendar events between my 5 calendars while blocking off time so each calendars own booking links accurately reflect my availability.”

Keep the source clear in your main calendar.

Add a client name or useful text to copied event titles. Your main calendar can show Northstar · Project review while another client sees Busy. Plus and Pro also support conditional text rules, subject to each plan's limits.

Use the calendars you already have

Connect supported Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and CalDAV calendars such as iCloud, Fastmail, and Nextcloud. iCal feeds can act as read-only sources.

Each account owner authorizes access. Some work accounts need administrator approval. Check the supported directions and settings for your provider.

Guided Setup is included with Pro

Tell us which calendars you use and what each should show. Ask through email or the support widget. We can arrange an online session when useful, then give reasonable follow-up on your initial setup.

Available with monthly and annual Pro, including existing Pro customers.

Ask about Guided Setup

Use the plan with the controls your calendars need.

Working with several clients does not automatically require Pro. Plus can be enough when separate syncs and their settings meet your needs. Pro adds different rules for destination calendars within one sync, higher limits, no forward date limit, and Guided Setup.

Common questions

Can one client see only that I am busy?
Yes. Choose which event details to copy. Set a Busy title and remove private details for that destination. Check a sample event in the destination before relying on the arrangement.
Do I need Pro because I work with several clients?
No. Plus may be enough when separate syncs meet your needs. Pro is useful when destinations within one sync need different rules, or when you need its higher limits or longer date range.
Can SYNCDATE connect any calendar?
SYNCDATE supports Google Calendar, Outlook and Office 365, and CalDAV calendars such as iCloud, Fastmail, and Nextcloud. iCal feeds work as read-only sources. Supported directions and settings vary by provider.
What happens to the original event?
SYNCDATE keeps connected calendars in sync. A two-way sync can include changes to original events. Review the directions and event settings before you start.
What does Pro setup help include?
Help with your initial calendar arrangement and reasonable follow-up to get it working. Ask through email or the support widget. Support can arrange an online session when useful. Monthly and annual Pro customers qualify.
Can my company pay for everyone?
Team gives each member Pro access with shared membership, policies, and company billing. Members authorize their own accounts and set up their own calendars within the Team rules.
