Calendar solutions

Work sees Busy. Your personal calendar keeps the details.

Your work calendar and personal calendar can stay in use. Choose which commitments copy in each direction and what each copy shows.

Then $10/month, billed yearly. $119.99 charged annually after the 7-day trial. Card required. Cancel during the trial and pay nothing.

Your work calendar cannot account for time it cannot see.

An appointment in your personal calendar may not appear where colleagues check your availability. Copy the time to work as Busy. Choose which work meetings and details should appear in your personal calendar in return.

“It perfectly links my work and personal calendars so I can finally stop bouncing back and forth between accounts just to see my day.”

Choose what each copy shows.

A Busy block can reserve time without copying the appointment title or guest list. In the other direction, useful work details can help you plan your day. Check both destination calendars with sample events after you choose the directions and settings.

Common questions

Will my employer see the title of a personal appointment?
You choose the details copied to work. Use a Busy title and remove other private details from the copy. Check the result in the work calendar. Existing sharing permissions on your source calendar remain separate.
Can I keep work meeting details on my personal calendar?
Yes, when your provider, permissions, and setup allow those fields. Choose the details for that direction and check a sample event after setup.
Do both calendars need the same provider?
No. SYNCDATE supports Google Calendar, Outlook and Office 365, and supported CalDAV providers. iCal feeds are read-only sources. Check the supported directions for your provider pair.
Which plan should I choose?
Start with the accounts, calendars, rules, and date range you need. Free or Plus can fit a simple work and personal setup. Choose Pro when you need different destination rules within one sync or its higher limits.
Can I get help setting it up?
All plans can use product support. Pro also includes help with initial setup and reasonable follow-up. Ask by email or through the support widget. Support can arrange an online session when useful.
Do I need a card to try it?
Free needs no card and has no time limit. The individual Plus and Pro trials last seven days and require a card. The pricing page shows the charge and billing interval before you choose.
