The free plan includes everything you need for basic calendar sync:

- 2 connected accounts (Google or Microsoft)

- 14-day history retention
No trial period. No credit card. No feature gates that make the free tier unusable. If syncing two calendars across two accounts is all you need, you never pay a cent.
This tier exists because syncing two calendars should not cost €100/year. That is the founding principle behind SYNCDATE.

Annual Billing Saves 17%
Switch to annual billing on any paid plan and save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings.
What Happens When You Upgrade or Downgrade
Upgrading: Your new limits take effect immediately. New calendars and accounts can be connected right away.
Downgrading: If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, SYNCDATE gives you a grace period to reduce your usage. You choose which syncs to pause and which accounts to disconnect — SYNCDATE never automatically deletes your data.
Cancelling: Your syncs continue running until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. All synced events remain on your calendars. Nothing is deleted automatically. If your usage exceeds free-tier limits, you will need to pause syncs or disconnect accounts to continue using SYNCDATE.
Pricing FAQ
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Go to your billing settings and switch at any time. When switching to annual, the new rate applies immediately. When switching to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Starter?
If your usage (calendars, accounts, syncs) exceeds Starter limits, SYNCDATE gives you a grace period to adjust. You pick which syncs to pause and accounts to disconnect. We never auto-delete your data or force changes without your approval.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact vlad@syncdate.app for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and your plan runs until the end of the billing period.
Is the free tier actually free forever?
Yes. There is no trial period, no credit card required, and no hidden expiration. The free tier supports 2 calendars and 2 accounts with full sync functionality, forever. If that is all you need, you will never see a payment prompt.
Can I use SYNCDATE for my team or business?
SYNCDATE is a per-user tool. Each team member signs up individually and connects their own calendars. For teams, the Starter or Pro plan is typically enough per person. For large-scale deployments, contact vlad@syncdate.app to discuss volume options.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on SYNCDATE servers.
