2 calendars, 2 accounts, kept in step both ways. You choose whether colleagues see “Busy” or the real event.
Free forever · No credit card · 60-second setup
All of it, permanently. No feature is held back for safety reasons.
The free plan is built for one work calendar and one personal calendar. Once there is a second company in your week you need more accounts. On Pro you also get a different rule for each calendar inside one sync, so a client sees “Busy” while your own calendar keeps the real event.
Free. No timer, no card. You get 2 calendars, 2 accounts and 1 sync setup, for as long as you want them.
Nothing breaks. You just cannot add it to a sync until you upgrade. The free plan covers 2 calendars across 2 accounts, which is one work calendar and one personal calendar. A third usually means a second client or company, and that is what the paid plans are for.
Only if you choose to show them. Set the title option to "Busy" while you are creating the sync and the copy carries no title, no guests and no description. Worth knowing the starting point: when every calendar in a two-way sync is one you own, a new sync begins by copying the real title, on the assumption that both calendars are yours. If colleagues can see your work calendar, switch it to "Busy".
More accounts, and more setups running at once. On Pro you also get a different rule for each calendar inside one sync, so a client calendar can show Busy while your own keeps the real event.
