Exactly what SYNCDATE can see, what we do with it, and how to turn it off.
We only read the calendars you connect
We see the events on the calendars you pick. Not your email, not your contacts, not your files. Calendars you don't connect stay invisible to us.
Your access tokens are encrypted
The tokens that let us reach your calendar are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored. If someone got the database, the tokens would be unreadable without the key.
Copies are titled Busy whenever a calendar isn't yours alone
If a sync touches a shared calendar, pushes one way, or we cannot confirm you own both sides, copies arrive titled 'Busy' with no details — your meeting names don't leak. A two-way mirror between two calendars you own outright is treated as one person's own diary and keeps the real titles; if colleagues can see either of those calendars, set that sync to Busy.
Revoke access in one click
Disconnect any calendar whenever you want. We stop syncing right away and delete the copies we made.
We don't sell your data and we don't run ads. You pay us to keep your calendars in sync. That's the whole deal.
