When this is for you
You have three accounts and want every calendar to know about the others.
Before you turn it on
- Add all the calendars to ONE sync. Building it as separate pairs through a central calendar does not work: a copy is not re-copied onward, so the outer calendars never see each other.
- Every calendar in the mirror can write to every other one. If one of them is read-only, it can only be a source.
How it works
One sync, with all the calendars in it — you add them together on the same screen instead of building a sync per pair. Plus covers three or four calendars; five needs Pro. Once it is running there is a quick way to check you got the shape right: put a test event on the calendar you use least, and it should turn up on every other one. If it reaches only one, the sync was built as pairs.

- Pick all the calendars at once — three to five, in one sync.
- Check that none of them is read-only. A read-only calendar can only be a source, not part of a mirror.
- Leave the title option on Title says "Busy" unless every calendar in the mirror is yours alone.
Variations
Two filters you can add to this sync at any point, without rebuilding it.
Sync everything except all-day events
Add an "All-day events" exclude rule and holidays, birthdays and travel banners stay out of the calendar you sync into. It also catches birthdays from a subscribed calendar, which "Special dates from contacts" cannot — those arrive as ordinary events, so only the all-day rule sees them.
Only invitations you've accepted
Set "Which events to sync (RSVP)" to "Only-yes" and meeting requests you haven't answered stay out of the calendar you sync into until you accept them.
